OR HOW TO REDUCE INTERVENTION COSTS AND INCONVENIENCES
When designing a lamp for tunnels it is essential to always have an eye on three factors: simplicity of assembly, reduction of maintenance operations and compliance with safety standards, all this to reduce the hours and costs of intervention, but also and above all the inconveniences for motorists. Because of this, Breva Tunnel is equipped with two different installation systems. In the case of installation on duct, Breva Tunnel has an Easy-Fast™ proprietary quick-release coupling with a width-adjustable lever closure using a universal adapter (from a minimum of 10cm to a maximum of 30cm) and an anti-fall steel safety cable. If instead the installation is foreseen on the edge of the tunnel or directly on the ceiling, Breva Tunnel can be equipped with a bracket with adjustable inclination of ±45° with integrated goniometer. Last but not least, Breva Tunnel is supplied with IP67 socket-plug connectors for network connection or, as an option, with a power supply cable equipped with a plug according to the specific instructions of the Customer.

A PERFECT LIGHT DISTRIBUTION
MODULAR OPTICS TO HANDLE EVERY SITUATION
No gallery is the same as another. In fact, many are the parameters that distinguish them, from the number of lanes to the direction of travel (single or double), from the presence of curves to the conformation of the walls, from the number of ducts to their layout, from the height difference of the road to the presence or absence of pitches emergency. This is why for a LED lamp aimed at tunnels lighting it is essential to have more optics through which each variable can be covered at the design stage. For this reason, Breva Tunnel is equipped with high transparency polycarbonate modular optics with 3 different light distribution curves, a symmetric one aimed at the areas with permanent lighting and two asymmetric curves for the reinforcement zones, ie with beam in direction contrary to the direction of travel. This allows the driver to distinguish objects on the roadway with a greater contrast than the background (especially when looking at the rear-view mirrors), as well as ensuring better luminous efficiency.
